Return policy

I do not accept returns. The reason for this is to maintain sanitary purposes. There will be no exchanges or refunds. Return will only be accepted if you receive the wrong order.

Shipping policy

Domestic shipping policy

Orders placed Monday-Saturday before 6 p.m. EST (excluding the holidays) will be processed in 3-7 business days. This is based off the shipping method you choose. Normally the orders are shipped out in 1-3 days. At the end of the processing time period, you will receive a tracking number.

International shipping policy

International shipping will be calculated during check out. International shipping may take up to 10-15 business days (Monday-Saturday) to be delivered. This excludes international holidays.

Tracking policy

I want everyone to have details on their shipment to ensure your package will get to you successfully. You are going to be able track your order with a tracking number I will provide. It will be sent after I have shipped out your order. More details will be provided once I ship everything. If your tracking information states that your pack was delivered and you have not received it, you will have to take this up with USPS.Boss Babe Palace is not responsible for packages that state have been delivered. First class shipping does not come with insurance. Priority mail offers insurance up to $100 in case USPS had lost you package.
PLEASE NOTE: There may be delays from time to time because of reasons we aren’t able to control. For example bad weather ect. Also our packages are collected by the USPS trucks and sometimes they DON’T come to pick up the packages at schedule time (for their company reasons) which will result in a slight delay.
